Foundation and Manners Competition Cheekpiece
Introducing the all-new Competition Cheekpiece for Foundation and Manners stocks!!!
Although the Manners and Foundation cheek rests are comfortable, they do not allow for consistent head placement. This cheekpiece allows you to get a consistent head placement behind the scope every time, which helps with repeatability, and consistency.
In order for the cheekpiece to fit many variations of both Manners and Foundations stocks, there is an offset of the screw placement. This means that you may have to flip the cheekpiece around to find the proper fitment for your stock. We have tested for proper fitment on the Manners PRS-TCS, and the Foundation Centurion. There is no guaranteed fitment if your stock is different from those we tested, but if your stock uses KMW ACP hardware, It is likely to fit.
KMW Loggerhead hardware is pictured below. The clamp on the right side of the picture will be inletted inside your stock, and the assembly on the left will be attached to your cheekpiece
Here it is installed in a Manners stock.
Installation instructions are coming soon!
All of our Competition Cheekpieces are now printed with ABS filament. ABS and can be further chemically smoothed using Acetone. For a DIY project you can research ABS Acetone chemical smoothing and using a fairly simple procedure achieve a high gloss finish. Bison Tactical recommends the “Smoother” surface for this procedure.
