30 Day Easy Return Policy
We offer a 30 Day Easy Return policy.
- Email us for an RMA number
- Ship us your item marking the package with the RMA#
- Include a printed copy of your receipt
- Once we have verified the product is in the original packaging and in New condition we will issue you a refund minus any non-refundable items
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where partial refunds, or a store credit may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded. Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:
- Gift cards, Store Credits or Service Fees
- Firearms, Silencers or Suppressors
- Ammunition, Gunpowder or Primers
- Services, for examples transfer fees
- Custom or Painted Items
- Back-Ordered or Pre-Ordered items
- Sales or Discounted items
- Items damaged during shipping (covered instead by package insurance if purchased)
- Original shipping costs and shipping insurance
To complete your return, we require an itemized Bison Tactical receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless obtaining warranty service.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank to see if it is in progress.
Then contact your credit card company, it can take up to 30 days before your refund is posted.

Sale or Discounted items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded. This includes items for which a coupon was used, or a discount was provided. Sales are only good during the time the sale is running, we cannot give credit for the sale price when items are purchased outside the time of the sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All returns for any reason require a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Contact us first to obtain an RMA number, and make sure it is written on 2 sides of the exterior of the shipping package. Be sure to also include the RMA number on the copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
