You will be sent an email confirmation, so please read that to confirm the dates/times of your appointment. Sometimes the internet can be tricky and we want to make sure we are here to meet you.

Additionally if you have not been here in person previously our shop can be a bit difficult to find. Here are some details that should help:

• Look for the Door marked “2031 Broadway” (though our actual address is 2041 Broadway)
• Watch for the placards next to the door – one of them says “Bison Tactical”
• The correct doorway is glass with a flat brown wooden handle, located directly adjacent to the “R Gallery”.
• We are located on the 2nd Floor, so enter 2031, ascend the stairs and take your first right.
• Please knock on our door (we have a sign) since we keep the door locked.
