The JP GMR-15 9mm Carbine offers an incredibly well constructed pistol caliber carbine, boasting upgraded technology and effortless functionality. Compared to the best selling GMR-13 (the GMR-15’s older brother), the GMR-15 has added a flared magwell, last round lockback, and an improved magazine release. The JP GMR-15 also allows the shooter to use a AR platform to shoot cheaper 9mm ammunition, allowing a trip to the range to cost significantly less. Also, while it’s a great tactical rifle for adults, it can also be enjoyable for kids due to low recoil and cost to shoot.
With a machined from billet lower and forged JP-15 upper receiver, the foundation of the GMR-15 is one of technological excellence. Additionally, with a free floating, lead lapped, air-gauged, black Teflon coated 14.5″ barrel and MK III modular handguard this carbine is accurate and capable out to 100 yards. The MK III modular handguard includes two quick detach swing swivels and is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.
