OSS Muzzle Brake-QD

OSS Muzzle Brake-QD and OSS Suppressors now for sale at Bison Tactical!

Comes in 5.56/.223, 7.62/.308, and .338 calibers.

The QD Muzzle Brake & suppressor mount is compatible with HX-QD 556k, HX-QD 556, HX-QD 762 Ti and HX-QD Magnum Ti suppressors (NOT the OSS 338 suppressor which takes a different brake).

NOTE: Larger caliber mounts are NOT compatible with smaller caliber suppressors. Smaller caliber mounts ARE compatible with larger caliber suppressors.

The connection to the brake with OSS suppressors self-tighten and thus are reverse threaded.  Keep this in mind when removing your suppressor from the brake.  This helps avoid the suppressor loosening on the rifle while you shoot.

While the suppressors are called “QD” they don’t have a conventional Quick Detach as such, they simply use coarse reverse threading to allow fast unthreading from the brake which attaches to the rifle.
